Ryan is a finance expert specializing in growing startup companies within the SaaS industry. He has over a decade of experience working with technology and business services companies.
Prior to starting Forethought Finance, Ryan spent time as a Vice President of Restructuring at G2 Capital Advisors, leading both financial and operational restructuring and revitalization engagements for companies within the tech and business services industry. Ryan also spent time in the Private Equity industry at Brook Venture Partners, with responsibilities that included providing CFO services to the firm’s portfolio companies within the tech and business services industry.
Ryan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University, as well as his MBA with a specialization in Corporate Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. While at Cornell, Ryan was a member of the basketball team, which advanced to the Round of 16 in the 2010 NCAA tournament. He also won Ivy League Player of the Year (2010) and was a two-time academic all-American.
Ryan currently resides in the north shore of Boston with his wife and two kids. He enjoys playing golf, basketball, and reading a good book.
